cDream Corporation (“cDream”) is a fabless display company, founded to develop and design the next evolution of flat panel displays (“FPDs”) using our proprietary carbon-nano tube technology, replacing and superceding displays based on cathode ray tube (“CRTs”), thin film transistor liquid crystal (“TFT-LCDs”), plasma display panels (“PDPs”) and organic light emitting diodes (“OLEDs”). Engendered by today’s need for mobility and the convergence of entertainment, multimedia and computing needs, both businesses and personal consumers are demanding display technology, which are lightweight, compact, high in picture quality and video response and power efficient.
