Steve Trollope, Chief Executive Officer and President
Mr. Trollope joined cDream in February 2004. He is currently the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Arrow Capital and has more than 21 years of finance experience in the technology industry. Mr. Trollope has significant experience regarding operations, funding and acquisition activities as it relates to venture enterprises. During the early years of Arrow Capital’s operations, Mr. Trollope developed and managed vendor leasing programs in the medical industry. Mr. Trollope has held operating and financial management positions with Electronic Data Systems, Price-Waterhouse, and Raychem Corporation. Mr. Trollope received his B.S. and B.A. degrees from the University of Florida.

Jung Jae Kim, Vice President of Engineering
J. J. Kim joined cDream in November 2001. Prior to joining cDream, J.J. Kim served as Director of Product Design and Development at Candescent Technologies Corporation from 1999 to 2001. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Kim served as Director of Product Development at Vivid Semiconductor, Inc. For over five years, Mr. Kim has also served as Manager, Product Design and Development, at LG LCD Business Unit. For over six years, Mr. Kim served as Senior Scientist for Technology Development at LG Central Research Lab. Mr. Kim received a B.S. and M.S. in Applied Physics from Inha University.
