FOR INFORMATION DISPLAY 2003
BALTIMORE, MARYLAND
SID 2003, International Symposium, Seminar & Exhibition.
Our engineering team presented a technical paper regarding our carbon-nano tube technology
for field emission displays at this years Society for Information Displays (SID) international symposium.
This was the first time cDream publicly announced its achievements. To date, we have attempted to
keep our technology and achievements secret for competitive reasons. SID is an a membership
organization composed of professionals working in all of the technical and business disciplines
that relate to display research, design, manufacturing, applications, marketing, and sales.
SID 2003 International Symposium is the largest and most important conference for the display industry.
cDream has presented on a session on, "Low-Temperature Carbon
Nanotubes for Triode-Type Field Emitter Arrays" on Wednesday,
May 21, 2003 at 9:40am.
Abstract: "A low-temperature carbon-nanotube
growing process at 500°C that can be used for the electron emitter
of an FED has been developed. By using this process technology,
a 5.4 in. FED using conventional 0.7-mm glass substrate was demonstrated."
