Technology
We have developed a FED solution which overcomes the heavy capital
investment and custom manufacturing hurdles. Our solution, ("the
“DreamCRT"”) utilizes current existing TFT and CRT
manufacturing processes and equipment. As a result, our FED solution
overcomes the need for heavy capital investment and for long-lead
times required for the development of custom tools and manufacturing
equipment. We put together an engineering team based on years of real
manufacturing experience and expertise. We developed our technology
with cost in mind.
Our FPD solution, the “DreamCRT, is a thin-flat display that
utilizes carbon nano tube (“CNT”) technology which replaces
the single, hot filament electron gun of conventional cathode ray
tube with a planar array of CNT emitters that places a highly redundant
electron source behind each sub-pixel. The DreamCRT will provide pristine
picture quality, robust video response, wide viewing angels and low
power consumption. Our technology incorporates conventional CRT technology
with carbon nano tube and high voltage phosphor technology. Our technology
allows us to realize low production costs by using conventional TFT-LCD
and CRT manufacturing processes, unlike other current FED solutions.
Our solution provides the best aspects of CRT and LCD technologies.
Basically, the DreamCRT will alleviate the size, weight and power
limitations of a conventional CRT, while providing higher picture
quality, lower manufacturing cost and more efficient power consumption
than LCDs.
